Telehealth Video Visit with Doxy.me Instructions


If you have received a message that your phone camera or microphone are BLOCKED please call Doxy.me customer service at 844-436-9963 Monday through Friday between 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.


Telehealth Instructions

  • You do not need to download anything to your device or create an account with Doxy.me.

  • The telehealth system is secure and HIPAA-compliant. You will not have to register for the system or download any special software.

  • Video visits are conducted by smartphone, computer with video capabilities, or tablet. You must have a working camera and microphone on your device.

  • Android phones must have Chrome installed. iPhones* must have Safari 11 or later installed.

  • Doxy.me needs access to your camera and microphone in order to work. Make sure your camera and microphone are enabled on your phone before beginning the Doxy.me session.

  • We must have your email address and/or cell number on file in our office.

  • You may download the instructions (PDF) for accessing the video chat platform. If you are using an Android device, please download the additional instructions for your device. There is also a video of how the system works that you can access below.

Doxy.me is easy to use:

  1. You will receive a text or an email with a link from your provider at the time of the visit.

  2. Click on the link in the text or email.

  3. If you are on an Android and are asked which browser to use, choose Chrome. If you are on an iPhone, use Safari.

  4. Enter your name in the check-in window that pops up and click on the check-in button.

  5. Enable your camera and then give Doxy.me permission to access your camera and microphone by clicking on “Allow.”

  6. Wait for the provider to start the session
